Some may experience temporary cramping or hot/cold sensations but all symptoms are different per client.
Depending on the severity of your condition, we can assess how many sessions are required after your first visit. If you’re experiencing constipation, we will need to discuss how often you have bowel movements and your water intake. I will make certain you feel your best.
After your colonic, it’s very important to rest. Many feel fatigued through detox. Eating light and drinking lots of water is recommended. Avoid eating raw foods and focus on cooked vegetables and light soups.
